Students will be provided details of a case study. You are to use the Clinical Reasoning Cycle (Levett-Jones, 2023), to detail the provision of evidence-based, person-centred care for the case study. This should detail the person’s situation, collection of cues, processing and justification of the given issues and the establishment of realistic and relevant goals. You will then detail the care you provide related to the issues and evaluate anticipated responses and reflect on your learning.
To demonstrate your knowledge and application of clinical reasoning with the best evidenced based nursing practice to the given nursing scenario.
