how overall variable scores are calculated (e.g. are items summed, averaged, is there a mathematical model, etc.)
If there are subscales, how are those combined to outline the full measure?
Define the range of scores.
Explain what scores mean.
Format your 1-2 page document according to APA formatting, and include in-text citations and a reference page with the tool and any other sources you may use.
